	Our two bedroom unit (Weekender): Our Weekender has two bedrooms that accommodate a maximum of four adults. It has two full beds, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with color TV, VCR and cable. A grill is provided for cooking the days fish or game. Then sit down to eat on the open air verandah. Our rate is $105.00 per night for 1 - 4 persons (tax not included) Requirements: Three day minimum stay and a deposit equal to one night rental plus tax. Deposit is non-refundable.
	Our townhouse unit: Our townhouse has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms are fully furnished and have queen size beds. They have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, color TV, VCR and cable. The front and rear doors open onto balconies that offer Southern style wrought-iron and wicker furnishings. The maximum occupancy is eight adults. A Weber grill is provided for cooking the days fish or game. Our rate is $180.75 per night one to eight occupants. (tax no included) Requirements: Three day minimum stay and a deposit equal to one night rental plus tax. Deposit is non-refundable.
	Our three bedroom units: Our three bedroom units accommodate a maximum of eight adults. Both units offer three queen size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. They have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with color TV, VCR and cable. Our rate is $130.75 per night for two adults, $10.00 dollars per night for each additional adult and $5.00 dollars per night for children under 12. 	Our one bedroom units: Our two, one bedroom units accommodate a maximum of six adults. Both units offer a queen size bed and two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room. They have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with color TV, VCR and cable. The rear doors open onto private patios furnished with picnic table and Weber grill. Our rate is $99.25 per night for two adults. $10.00 dollars per night for each additional adult and $5.00 dollars per night for children under 12. 	The Lake House: Our three bedroom, three bath Lake house accommodates a maximum of 14 adults. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, color TV with cable, VCR as well as a private bath. The guest bedrooms are also furnished with queen size beds, color TV with cable. The family room features a large color TV with cable, VCR and a queen size sleeper sofa. In addition the living room has two queen size sleeper sofas, plus Lazyboy recliners. It has a full kitchen, dining room, garage and carport. Grills are available for outdoor cooking. Take a few steps through the oaks in the front yard and you arrive at our beach, swimming area and private illuminated, covered dock. Our rate is $35.00 per night per person, minimum occupancy eight people. Seven day minimum, (tax not included). Each additional person over the minimum occupancy is $10.00 per day. Security deposit of $100 is required for all units upon arrival. Requirements: Seven day minimum stay and a deposit equal to one night rental plus tax. Deposit is non-refundable. NO PETS PLEASE!
